This position will be responsible for strategy and planning, content and creative, community engagement, influencer relations and reporting. You should be eager to join a fast-paced work environment, have an all-hands-on-deck mentality, be technically savvy, able to juggle multiple tasks at once, have an understanding that social media is not 9-5pm, be detail oriented and able to manage your time efficiently.

Job Description

Report to Account Director and support in day-to-day social media efforts including but not limited to content curation / creation, copywriting, influencer relations, client communication and reporting

Assist in creating, curating, editing and publishing content to our clients’ social channels

Platform and community management across social platforms including Instagram, Instagram Stories, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest

Create detailed reports of social campaigns and results

Manage influencer and ambassador relations by establishing and maintaining relationships, overseeing gifting needs, and researching new partnerships

Support team with monthly photoshoots (location/model scouting, stylist assisting, day of coordination, etc.)

Keep multiple internal databases up to date on a daily basis

Coordinate meetings, calls and demos for Account Directors


BA degree required, a degree in Communications or related field is a plus

2-4 years relevant experience

Agency experience preferred

Paid advertising experience preferred

Graphic design experience preferred

Proficiency and understanding of social media platforms and tools

Excellent computer skills (you’ll be updating Excel + Google Sheets daily)

Organizational and time-management skills

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills within a business environment

A positive, problem-solving, all hands on deck attitude

Must be able to thrive in a past-faced environment

This is a full-time position with an occasional need for night/weekend assistance
